What is 4-Health?

4-Health is a USDA funded research project and educational program that provides parents with important nutrition, physical activity, body image information and skills to improve preteens' health. This program is designed for parents and families living in rural Montana.

The 4-Health Program features ten action packed educational sessions that will help parents understand and deal with real-life situations, as well as provide practical information about enhancing healthy food and nutrition choices, engaging in a physically active lifestyle, enhancing positive body image, and practicing active parenting.
